Falmouth Lodging Deposits
Guest Rooms and Kitchen Units - A deposit equal to one night's
rental.
Cottage A deposit of $500.00 per week is required.
Green Harbor Waterfront Lodging Cancellation Policy
Because Green Harbor is an independently-owned Cape Cod familiy hotel without a
central reservation system our opportunity to re-sell cancelled
reservations is substantially less than a hotel affiliated with a
chain. For this reason, a firm cancellation policy is necessary for our Cape Cod getaway.
Guest room and kitchen units Refund of deposit, less $10.00
will be returned with notice of (14) days prior to arrival.
Notice of less than (14) days will result in loss of deposit unless Green Harbor is able to re-rent accommodations as reserved.
Cottage Refund of deposit, less $10.00 will be returned with
notice of (45) days prior to arrival.
Notice of less than (45) days will result in loss of deposit unless Green Harbor is able to re-rent accommodations as reserved.
Arrival after the date reserved or early departure is considered a
short notice cancellation. Neither the deposit nor the balance which
is always due at check-in, is refundable.
