When visiting with friends or family, the cottage at Green Harbor Waterfront Lodging in Falmouth, Massachusetts is an ideal Cape Cod vacation rental. Our cottage is set in its own private yard just steps around the corner from Green Harbor’s scenic ocean inlet and boating beach with waterside sand fire pit.

The cottage features three bedrooms…one with a king bed and two with a queen bed each…plus three full bathrooms, all with tub and shower. An eat-in kitchen, with seating for 8-10, is fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, cutlery, plates and silverware. The kitchen opens to a side yard for easy picnic area access. A spacious living room with two queen sleep sofas and a working fireplace offers ample space for indoor gatherings and opens to a front lawn with an umbrella table, chairs and lawn swing. Amenities include four cable TVs, four telephones, individual heating and air conditioning for safe and healthy climate control. (No central system)
